各二级学院/职能部门：
根据我校与土耳其安纳托鲁大学签署的Erasmus+项目协议，我校2023-2024学年第一学期可选派2名优秀教师（含管理人员）赴该校进行交流学习。为期7天的交流中，教师需根据学科特点，选择开展不少于8小时的英文授课、讲座或工坊等活动，管理人员需参加工作内容相关的培训。现在全校范围内开展选拔工作，有关事项通知如下：
一、选派条件
1. 学校在职在岗的专任教师（含管理人员），学科专业包括：绘画、动画、图形设计、新闻学、电影电视、经济学、工商管理等。
2. 具有较强的英语听说读写能力（B2级/六级/托福等）。
二、项目费用
本次交流费用由教师自理，但参加教师可获得Erasmus+项目提供的资助，具体金额如下：
1. 日常补助：140欧元/ 天（7天合计980欧元，约合人民币7740元）
2. 交通补助：820欧元（约合人民币6470元）
三、交流时间

四、选拔程序
1. 教师个人根据选拔条件，填写《常州工学院教师境外交流申请表》（附件1），并提供个人简历、英语水平证明材料复印件等材料，将纸质版和电子版各一份报相关二级学院/职能部门。
2. 二级学院/职能部门对申报人员提供的材料进行审核，并签署意见，在8月1日前将申报材料纸质版和电子版报送国际交流合作处（行政管理中心426室），联系人：毕老师，电话：13861269189，邮箱fao@oa.czu.cn。

Notice on Selecting Excellent Teachers for Exchange at Anadolu University in Turkey
Relevant Schools and Departments,
According to the Erasmus+ Programme agreement signed between CIT and Anadolu University in Turkey, CIT can select two outstanding teachers (including management staff) for exchange in the first semester of 2023-2024 academic year. During the 7-day exchange, teachers are required to carry out at least 8 hours of teaching, lectures or workshops in English according to the characteristics of the subject, and management staff are required to participate in job-related training. Selection is now carried out on a university-wide basis, and the relevant issues are notified as follows:
1. Selection Requirements
1) Full-time teachers at CIT (including administrative staff) in the following fields: Painting, Animation, Graphic, Journalism, Cinema and Television, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
2) Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (English language certificates: B2 Level/ Band 6/ TOEFL etc.)
2. Programme Cost
The costs of the exchange will be born by the teachers themselves, but participants may receive funding from Erasmus+ programme, the specific amounts are as follows:
1) Daily grant: 140 Euros/day (980 Euros for 7 days, about 7740 RMB)
2) Transportation grant: 820 Euro (about 6470 RMB)

4. Selection Procedure
1) According to the selection conditions, applicants fill in Application Form for Overseas Exchange of Teachers of Changzhou Institute of Technology (Attachment 1), provide materials such as CVs, proof of English proficiency, etc., and submit paper and e-versions to relevant schools and departments.
2) Schools/Departments review the materials provided by the applicants, sign the comments, and submit the paper and e-versions of the application materials to Department of International Exchange and Cooperation (Room 426, Administrative Management Building), Contact Person: Elaine Bi, Tel: 13861269189, Email: fao@oa.czu.cn before August 1.
